We have all heard the saying "Early Bird Get's The Worm." This is so true; it is what business' are built on . It is what makes a dream a reality. I must say that being in the business for 15+ years I have seen the market in it's highs and lows. I have learned that social media or news Media will make you think something is not what it really is. It will create a false sense of reality, The Miller Group studies the market. We can never predict what will happen yet we will interpret what is going on in this market. We are committed to a win-win for our clients family and Friends. We know that the market is a challenge and we are ready for the challenge. On Monday I could not sleep...I went to bed around 11 pm and tossed and turned all night. Instead of wasting time I did quiet time in the morning and then went right into the office. I wanted to see what was available for my clients what was going in the current market conditions. We arrive each morning between 8:30 and 9 for sure. We do not wait for the phone to ring we call to find out who is thinking of buying or selling. We want to know who might be a buyer for our seller and who might be a seller for our buyer. We call neighborhoods of clients that are interested in to see if we can get to a home before it comes on the market. We call past clients to check on how they are doing, we look for team members who are committed to customer service. What are your expectations of a Realtor? Who do you know that is looking for an agent that knows the market and committed to the process and your dreams more than they are committed to sleep.
